Insurance & Payment Policy
Insurance We Accept:
We accept all major insurance plans, including commercial, marketplace, and Medicare plans commonly used in Pennsylvania. If you're unsure whether your plan is covered, our team is happy to verify your benefits before your visit.
Self-pay / Cash Patients Welcome:
We proudly support access to care for everyone- including patients without insurance.
We offer straightforward self-pay (cash) pricing for office visits, follow-ups, and wellness services.

Out-of-Network Patients:
If your insurance is out of network, you can still be seen in our office. We can provide a detailed superbill you may submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

All insurance-required co-pays, co-insurance, and deductibles are due at the time of the appointment. We follow Pennsylvania regulations and your insurance plan's billing requirements.
